CARTER

Results-driven Social Media Strategist with a rare producer mindset — built in broadcast television and sharpened across years of community-first social media strategy.

I specialize in building engaged communities, managing brand voice with precision, and translating social conversations into organizational intelligence. My background directing live news taught me to make fast, high-stakes decisions without sacrificing quality — a muscle I bring to real-time community management, content strategy, and reputation stewardship every day.

I'm drawn to organizations where the audience isn't just a demographic — they're a community with a shared identity, high standards, and real stakes in the brand they trust.

Accessibility Isn’t an Afterthought

I believe social media should work for everyone. At RAMP, a disability services organization, I helped develop and deliver a Social Media Accessibility training program — taking it directly to organizations and fielding real practitioner questions in the room. Combined with my work building SnapSlide's community around arthritis and mobility accessibility, inclusive digital strategy isn't something I learned in a course. It's something I've practiced, taught, and built careers around.
